DevBlog #2: Development Start

Development for the upcoming roguelike Spaces Aweigh has begun using Godot 4. The following has been pushed to the
main branch of the game:
- A screen drawing service has been setup to properly draw new objects to the rendering surface and handles freeing
up objects that have been drawn previously that are no longer needed.
- A data service has been developed that manages connections to the databases utilized by the game, and can
dynamically generate query strings, as well as handle reading and writing to the database.
- A crude Title Screen has been setup that loads when the game launches (viewable in the screenshot below).
